 What is the difference between direct to garment printing versus screen printing?

With screen-printing, every color is printed separately through a mesh screen and is layered on the surface of the garment. Using our digital printing process, the number of colors is irrelevant. The industrial textile inks we utilize are colorfast, and designed to imbed directly into the fabric of the garment. Our ink is heat-set for durability, and the colors are extremely vibrant. Our prints are long-lasting, and unlike with screen-printing, the image will not crack or peal over time.  We pre-treat all of our prints for washability.  Also digital printing results in a softer hand, not a hard heavy screen-ink image feel.

What kind of files would we need in order to print our customized print order?

If we have a preference of product that you do not currently carry in stock, can we have you order them, and would it take very long?

If you have a certain preference for a garment or bag manufacturer (American Apparel, Anvil, etc.) and we do not currently stock them, we most certainly can order them for you.  Our supplier is close to our factory, and so we would have the items for you in 2-3 days.  This also holds true for garment/bag color preference.  If we do not currently stock the color of your interest, please let us know, and we will order them for you as quickly as possible.  Please note that minimums may apply on any special order item.

If we are pressed on time and need the order by a certain date, can you accommodate us?

It would depend on the date you needed the order by, but generally speaking, we try to accommodate all timing issues whenever possible.  If you need your order by a certain time and are unsure if we can meet this, please contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail.  If specified, we can have orders shipped rush to you, and we will put them at the top of our priority list.
